Which is exactly what employers were facing with a decreasing workforce under their belts and an increasing need for quality candidates. That’s why The Corns came up with #EverydayGotTalents. A perfect everyday solution for employers, wanting to find that quality candidate of their dreams.
JobStreet wanted employers to know that there were plenty of fish in the sea when it came to candidates with #EverydayGotTalents. This way, it not only encouraged employers to post more job listings to find ‘the one’ but employers chose JobStreet as their platform because it was seen as a reliable source of candidates. And more listings, meant more revenue for JobStreet. Therefore, JobStreet could not only stay afloat during COVID19 but thrive during difficult times. All thanks to the #EverydayGotTalents.
