The job market took a hit when the COVID19 pandemic first came about. JobStreet felt the blow as well. But just as JobStreet ordered, The Corns came up with the perfect campaign message, #EverydayGotJobs, that hit the nail on the marketing. Becoming the silver lining in every job seekers cloud, job seekers were reminded that JobStreet has opportunities waiting for them, everyday.
The Corns devised, engineered and created the ultimate campaign. With engaging
and state of the art posts, JobStreet saw an exponential growth in their social media
numbers, with double digit growths, month-on-month.
For JobStreet’s Facebook statistics, their total viral reach increased by a whopping
120.35% with an increase of 186.20% in their engagement as well.
JobStreet’s Instagram showed the same impressive growth from the campaign.
Engagement was up 23.34% which in turn translated into an increase of 22.40%
in impressions and in-app reach of 23.08%.

to freshies.
With relevant depictions and high information value, it resonated deeply with fresh
graduates, anxious about finding employment. This resulted in a higher number of
eager-to-apply candidates with JobStreet at the forefront of their job site choice.
The Corns used social media as the launching pad for #EverydayGotJobs, specifically on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram and helped JobStreet with their
business-to-business marketing.
